Ht. 5'5, Wt. !!!!!!! - hey yall so far i have been doing good i have been running two miles each night ..adding a little more each night and doing some ab exercises. but i have noticed that is not the only thing i need to do so tomorrow im gonna start my diet..its not gonna be a drastic change just something i can change to so i will lose weight but will be able to stick to you know this was just a post to say what im doing ..and if you guys have any input on this ill check and reply if necesary well ill ttyl
