Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - I have a question (well obviously lol) but anyways. if i eat til im not hungry for one meal then everytime i get a little bit hungry i drink water till the hunger goes away (so im practicaly full again) then continue doing that up to its almost time for my next meal which i wouldnt want to eat that much cuz i would still be a little full from the water and stuff then i do that after every meal would i lose or gain weight? thanks for any replies! cuz i have been trying to lose weight for like a year if not more but i never do and i tried this tonight and it seems to work but i wasnt sure about the losing weight so i thought this would be the best place to ask probably lol
