If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 14 Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - I have a question (well obviously lol) but anyways. if i eat til im not hungry for one meal then everytime i get a little bit hungry i drink water till the hunger goes away (so im practicaly full again) then continue doing that up to its almost time for my next meal which i wouldnt want to eat that much cuz i would still be a little full from the water and stuff then i do that after every meal would i lose or gain weight? thanks for any replies! cuz i have been trying to lose weight for like a year if not more but i never do and i tried this tonight and it seems to work but i wasnt sure about the losing weight so i thought this would be the best place to ask probably lol |
