If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Shekina, Age 17 Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start: 218 Now: 205 - Ok, in a couple weeks to two months I will be getting my senior pics done, and I want to lose some more weight, and I am good with the eating habbits, but I would like to know how to tone my body, my problem areas are: arms, stomach, and thighs(I know you can't spot reduce so don't give me a lecture please). So I am asking what are some exercises I could do to tone up as quickly as possible??? Also, I have gotten off track with my complete diet, what would be a way to get myself back on track again???? |
