Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start: 218 Now: 205 - Ok, in a couple weeks to two months I will be getting my senior pics done, and I want to lose some more weight, and I am good with the eating habbits, but I would like to know how to tone my body, my problem areas are: arms, stomach, and thighs(I know you can't spot reduce so don't give me a lecture please). So I am asking what are some exercises I could do to tone up as quickly as possible??? Also, I have gotten off track with my complete diet, what would be a way to get myself back on track again????
