Message Replying To From Shekina, Age 17 Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start: 218 Now: 205 - Hey everybody, I get tired of doing the exact same workout routine EVERY DAY! I do 10 mins. of muscle training, then go for a 15-20 minute walk. So now that you know what my regular routine is, what are different exercises I could do???? Like so I could alternate different routines day to day, even one, I will be happy. So please any ideas????? |
