Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 145 - Hey guys, I just want to share what has been working for me. It has been easier for me not to overeat ever since school started. Over the summer, all I had time to do was eat lol. I do homework, instead of pig out. I just occupy myself with other things. I don't worry about food (unless, of course Im hungry). It helps alot if you just don't base your life around food. I don't exersize daily but I do sometimes, whenever I get the chance. I don't know, but I don't think that I have gained anything. I will play a sport, but the try outs for it are far away from now. If you get into a sport, its so awesome. You have fun and work out. Duh, im sure you hear that all the time, but I'm just saying that its true. I don't know if this will help anyone, but, maybe it will.
