Message Replying To From claire, Age 14 Ht. 5.0, Wt. 115lbs - I just want 2 say that if i can get out there and exersize any1 can bcos im the lazyest person ever lol honestly but i thought 2myself one day what do i like doing that is exersize n then i realized cycling! so i cycle half a mile 4 or 5 times a day and drink soooo much water and u no wot doing both of them actually puts me off junk food and today i tryed on my skinny sister trousers (size 8) and they fit. i was sooo happy when i realized they fitted. im still loosing weight because i shud have a petit figure so im goin to keep going until im bout 6.5 stones which is very light but im a natural skinny little girl, i just let junk food get hold of me. id just like to say You CAN do it just keep going and it helps if you imagine your self in your ideal figure a lot thats what i did and its working. The key to losing weight is to eat healthily and exersize reguarly. Good luck! (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.) |
