Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - well i no your not ment to starve yourself or anything like that and im not trying to promote it but im just really going to cut calories now because: i started at 198lbs and i haven't properly dieted just mixed n matched and at my lightest had got down to 174 and now im at 181 so now im just going to exercise quite alot and this is what ive eat so far today - 1 slice of grilled bacon, 3 squares of galaxy, 3 grilled low fat burger, 3 onion rings and red sauce. i no what ive eaten isnt exactly healthy but at least ive eat. ne advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated xx
