If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Nicole, Age 14 Ht. 5'5', Wt. 143ish - well I have lost some weight not much but some. I was 157 but now I'm 143! but most of thats was probably water! I really wanno lost like ny butt and legs. but I can't just lose thoughs by whaching what I eat . I need some kind of work out to lose them. anyone have any suggestions???? |
