Ht. ??, Wt. 212.5 - Hi! I just started exercising and eating less today. I weigh 212.5 pounds and I'm planning to get down to 150. I'm 5'9 and thats pretty tall for my age. I have been reading everyone success stories and I have really thought about it. If you can do it I can do it. :) My BMI(body mass index) is 31.3 and thats not good...i need to get it down to atleast 23. Wish me lots of luck and in either one or two weeks I will be back on to post if I've lost anything. I just started to day , its Monday Oct 10,2005...and I am trying to do that special k diet. Im cutting my portions of food so hopefully that will help! THANX!
