Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Jules, Age 15 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey, y'all! I have just started a weigh loss plan for myself, and I hope it will work, so I am quite excited about that. I just have a couple of questions. My first one is this: I never call myself fat, because I really don't look my weight. I am pretty muscular, but still overweight. I don't call myself fat or insult myself, but I think other people do. They don't do it to my face, though, they do it behind my backs and I hear that they said it because my friends tell me. Is there any way I can put an end to that while I am in the weight-loss process? My second question is this: (This is a bit embarrassing, and I think only girls should respond to this, and I am sorry if I offend ANYONE at all.) I am 5'6, and I have a size D in bra size. I am really proud of that D, and it gives me confidence when I am at social events, especially with boys! I have been told that when you lose a large amount of weight, your bra size goes down, and I don't want that to happen! Is there any way that I can lose my 30 pound goal but lose little or no bra size? Please, girls, help me out! :-) |
