Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Hello everyone, I'd love to lose about 50 pounds but I have school and work all the time. Does anyone have any exersize suggestions? I generally eat healthy but I'm overweight due to lack of exersize. I used to play volleyball and softball when I had more time but I just dont have time now. Any suggestions??
