If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Shekina, Age 17 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 204 gl: 135 - I was setting a goal for about 3.5 pounds a week ,because I have been able to lose that much before, but I know some people say that it's too much cause you lose muscle too. So maybe 2.5 a week should be my goal. So I just wanted opinions, 2.5 a week or 3.5 a week??????????????? P.S. I am so excited because I have now lost a total of 14 pounds, YAY! |
