Message Replying To From christina, Age 13 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - ok so i left a message yesturday saying that i want to lose around 5 pounds a week..never mind that ..i know thats wayyyy too much..so lets say i want to lose 2 pounds a week what should i do?what do i eat for breakfast , lunch and dinner? and what are the exercises i should do ..like jogging for how long a day?
