Ht. 5'8, Wt. 177 - Hey everyone, Today my mom said I looked fat in what I was wearing she said it 3 diff times so I changed about 10 times this morning. Anyway all I ate today at 6a.m was a bowl of Raisin Bran and a banana. I didn't eat lunch at school and I'm not planning on eating dinner tonight. It's 4:20pm here so far so I only have about 5 hours to last till bed. When I get hungry I chew a piece of gum and I'm fine for another hour. Anyway today I rode my bike to a friends house in the morning,then walked to school, after school I walked to my friends house,then rode my bike home, once I got home I walked down the rode to get the mail then took another walked in the woods. So I had alot of exersize today. I'm still planning on going on my XL - Glider my mom got for me a while ago. I weighed myself this morning and I weighed about 178 - 179 (close to 180) now I weighed myself about an hour ago and I weigh about 176 - 177 (Very close to 175) So I lost some weight today. All though it doesn't show my mom said it takes about 3 - 7 days to show. She also told me that if you start to feel weak from not eating it's cause your metabalism is going into starvation mode. Do you think I did bad today as far as the eating goes??? Please comment. I want to loose another 15 - 17 pounds in 4 1/2 months. Do you think I can do it if I keep this diet up or close to it?
