Message Replying To From someone, Age 17 Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - howd i do. br> yogurt. banana. lunch>2 bowls soup and peach. dinner> bowl of fruit and 2 yogurts. plate pasta snack before bed>cheerios and milk i know this isnt like diet small but i think this is what id normaly eat before i gained some weight so i thought it was ok. im kinda scared to eat less than normal or like diet. what do u think? could i try cutting calories and stuff just till i loose weight then go back to a typical day like this? |
