Ht. 5'1, Wt. 200 - Hey I read the tips from Usha and they seem like they would really work but I need to know some faster ways to lose weight. My mom told me that if I lost 30 pounds I could get my belly button peirced because I have always wanted to do that so that is my way of pushing myself to lose weight but I really want to lose it before Christmas and my birthday which is Dec. 15. I want to lose it before then so if I get some new clothes and stuff it won't be too big when I do lose some weight. Does anybody know any good tips such as diets and exercises? I have high blood pressure and I am trying to stop eating everything that makes it higher but I need to know some diets I could do. I have heard of weight watchers, the south beach diet, the no carbs diet, and others but none of them seem to work for me. If anybody knows some sites with like diets of what you can and cant eat that would be a big help to me. Also if anybody knows of any sites with exercises and telling how you do them I would love for you to respond. Thanks!!
