Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - Well I just thought I would post about my progress since I never really talked about how I'am currently doing. So I started to decide to get in shape say last month, september 3rd around. So I took my work pay and bought myself a treadmill. I began doing the treadmill for 30mins a day every day, 7 days a week. About after 2 weeks I started to do 45mins a day and then 1 week later I started to do 1 hour a day every day of the week. I would make the speed pretty fast and turn the power incline up so its like I was walking up a hill. Anyway that was the excercise I have been doing since september 4th and its about 1 month and 16 days later. My eating I have been really watching what I eat. Sometimes for breakfast brownbread toast, boiled eggs or a bowl of cheerios. For lunch usually a turkey sandiwch on wholewheat with no sauces. For snack a trans fat free graonola bar or peach yogurt. Dinner I usally had subs because I eat out a lot and subs are the only decent food I can get. For drinks I never had any soda since september 4th and drink less milk also, mainly water and orange juice. I never snacked on anything bad in that time like cookies, donuts and never had a junky dinner, the closest was probably jamaican pattie but that was only once. Anyway on to my weighing, I did not check my weight before I started my diet but I know I was around 240 to 250, I checked my weight last night after finally buying a scale and I'am exactly 220. I knew I lost some weight because as I said on here earlier I felt my back more leaner and other areas also. Anyway sorry for my rant, I just wanted to let you all know keep at it and dont weigh yourself every day or it will make you crazy, look at me I did not weigh myself almost for 2 months lol.
