Ht. 5ft 9, Wt. 204 Goal 150/160 - yes babey! well I've groen an inch upwards and dropped 6lbs and a dress size :D drink lemon juice and cider vinegar and water...and eat healthy and o running, to get a good running plan type 'Couch 2 5k' in google and then click on the one which says 'cool running', it's excellent :)and a great motervation when you look at pro runners
