Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - what is a good thing to eat for breakfast that can hold you over for like three hours...and nothing too heavy because yeah its like 6 in the morning...the reason i ask is because normally i will eat a yogurt or a poptart and ill be hungry by first period and then i wont eat at lunch because there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING healthy at school and i just dont like eating in front of a large group of people..but yeah i guess my metabolism has slowed down since school started..because when we get week long breaks i can lose like five pounds..does any one have anyways to prevent this?
