Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 goal 130/120 - hey im new here i just wanted to say hello to all of you and to introduce myself. good luck to everyone losing weight. if you would like a really great green tea recipe here it is. (its great cold) 5 bags of green tea w/chamomile (if you have just green tea then thats fine) 8 oz (1 cup) pure pomegranate juice (i bought the POM WONDERFUL brand which is $3-4 you can buy at any grocery store) 4 cups of water all you have to do is boil the water in a pot and add the tea bags and the pomegranate juice. i think it tastes better cold but you can try it hot as well. pomegranate is really really good for you and so is green tea. you dont need to add sweetener to the drink the juice does that already. hope you all enjoy and tell me what you think if you make it.
