Ht. 5'9, Wt. S.200C.197G.150 - Hey guys.. havent posted in awhile because the board seems to get flooded out lately with people just wanting to talk and not asking for advice or giving advice/ updates. Halloween is Monday lucky for me I only have one little sister so she wont get much candy ^_^. But anyhow what I am posting to say is I havent been doing that much different and I hopped on the scale this morn.. tho I cant count it till Wed. but I weigh 195... I cut my cals to 1200 and I run when I get a chance.. I take the long way every chance I get and I try to get in some form of exercise everyday. Tuesday I am joining a gym :-s so good luck to me I guess lol.. Anyhow, I've learned if u are hungry .. drink water.. until u feel like u are gonna burst.. I never have snacks just breakfest, lunch and dinner and when I am dead hungry or when I have to pull an all nighter doing school Ieat something then 2 like an apple or something like that.. but I've only done that once so far. So, take small steps and you'll go far.. just try to cut cals and exercise 10 minutes a day and you'll shed the weight.
