If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Bri, Age 14 Ht. 5'2-5'3, Wt. 172.5 - Okay, I am going to start my diet tomorrow. I want to get down to 120-125 and fit into a size 5-7 in juniors. I plan to ride my stationary bike for 10 miles a day and jump rope for 20 minutes a day. I also plant to drink nothing but water and limit myself to 900-1000 calories a day. I hope my calorie intake isn't too low because I really need to lose this weight!! |
