Message Replying To From Lilly, Age 16 Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 198 - This is a continueation of the message bellow to EMS. Thank You so much for the great advice. How is this for a diet/ exericse program. Daily: Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oats w/milk (250 cals) Lunch: Mashed Potatoes with baked fish (300 cals) Dinner 2 slices whole wheat bread with lean turkey meat (280 cals)Snacks. 2 apples (100 cals) Next, Exercise: Ab workout on Monday, Wednesay, Saturday. + Soccer on Thursday and Saturday. + 1 mile walk Monday-Friday. Will I lose weight? How fast can I lose 90 pounds?!! THank you so much EMS. |
