Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180-190 - Hey, y'all! Here's a tip for all of y'all who get cravings (and I'm sure that's almost everyone)! A lot of the time, people mistake thirst for hunger. Every time you have a craving, and it's between meals and you have already had your morning or afternoon snack, drink a glass of water, and then see how you feel. I don't mean a little cup-ful. I mean drink a BIG glass of water! If you still have a craving after one or two glass-fuls, have a healthy snack like carrots with hummus -- yum!
