If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Melissa, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - I know i'm really not "fat" anymore, but i'm still not at my goal. I have 25 more pounds to go and I really want to accomplish it by christmas. For my diet i'm doing a 1200 calorie diet and for my diet plan im doing 300 crunches, walking up and down stairs 20 times [up and down = 1 set] 200 jumping jacks, 20 minutes of running in place, and 10 minutes of kick boxing. What does that sound like to you guys? |
