Ht. 6.2, Wt. 240 (was 305) - I thought id share my experiences with you on my tremendous weightloss of over 60 pounds in 4 months, Sounds hard, which it was but i lost my weight the right way, weight watchers does not work, atkins does not work, NOTHING WORKS to keep weight off besdies what im about to tell you...........>Diet&Exercise<. July17th i started running, i weighed in around 305 at that time, I ran one street, not even 1/4 a mile. I ran more and more for about a week, before long i could go longer without getting tired, this was the start of my weightloss. I belong to a gym, 1-3 days out of the week i lifted weight, 2-3(sometimes on the same day i lifted weights) days i did cardio machines for about forty minutes, and 1-4 times a week i ran around my neighborhood. FOOD CHOICE IS VITAL!, i rarely ever exceeded 1200 calories, and choose healthy over tasty, this means no FAST FOOD WHATSOEVER, THAT OCCASIONAL BIG MAC WILL RUIN EVERYTHING, I will not lie to you. Motivation is key!!, Rest is key!!. Never drink pop, not even diet. If you want flavor drink green tea if you must, besides this have water, its all you need and your body will thank you. If you dying of hunger grad some celery or carrots, load your stomach with as much as you want, your body will thank you for the nutrition instead of junky fast food. Remember A diet is a mental change to, train yourself to fight temptation, motivate yourself intime of anxious moments when it comes to food, your body and confidence will thank you!. I wish you luck on your weightloss, i hope i helped you in some way. PS: never tell yourself you will start the following week, START NOW, the sooner the better!!. Motivate, exercise, be determined, eat right, you will lose weight, its impossilbe not to.
