Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish G - 160 - Hey everyone, How did I do today?? Breakfast - Bowl of raisin bran, Lunch - Small taco salad and a propel fitness water, Dinner - Bowl of raisin bran. I road my bike to school this morning,walked home from school, then road my bike about a mile after school. I also plan on going on the XL- Glider for 30 min tonight, doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. So how did I do?? Yesterday I had poptarts but today I didn't eat anything like that. No extra calories for a while.
