Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - Yeah, guys i have been trying to lose weight for years and finally im going to tackle it. I am actually very active, i am on JV Cross country, Varsity Water Polo, and i swim three times a week. I think i am a great athlete, i just need to lose about 30 -35 pounds so i can be a faster runner and swimmer. I am wondering on how everyone manages eating a school, i have a hard time picking out a healthy lunch, are sandwiches healthy? i don't really kno! hahaha i know it sounds dumb, but can someone please respond to me???!!! THANX! i just need some guidance on how all of you have tackled losing weight, because i want to lose this wieght by march! THANX!
