Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 ish - Hey everyone I posted earlier about if I did good so far today. I had a Bowl of raisin bran for breakfast w/ a banana, lunch : Turkey sandwich and a little bowl of mac and cheese, snack small bowl of rasin bran and dinner a chicken salad. I know I didn't do to good today cause of the mac n cheese thing but hey you have to be able to eat what you want at least one or two days a week. It's not like you do it everyday. I think I did pretty well cause raisin bran is basically no fat at all. It's really good for you. And the turkey sandwich I had at lunch time the turkey is fat free. So the only bad thing is the mac n cheese but oh well. Gotta eat a lil something fattening sometimes. Well Good luck everyone! By the way I'm going on the XL - Glider tonight for 30 min so I will be getting some excersice.
