Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok you guys heres what i ate today . tell me how you think i did.. i slipped up a little at dinner because we were having people over for my friends birthday but anyway brek: kashi bar, low fat yogurt, propel (260 calories) lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat pita, carrots, 100 calorie pack , water ( a little less than 300 calories) snack: apple cinnamon low fat quakes and an apple and propel (a little less than 150 calories) dinner: pizza with reduced fat cheese on whole wheat crust, light ceasar salad (like 560 calories) so so far today ive had like.. 1, 300 calories today, so im still under my limit and i burned 300 calories on the treadmill today and i havent had dessert in the past two days but i might have a REALLY small peice of ice cream cake, im not sure though what do you guys think? pleaseee reply
