Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - hey everyone i was readin through a few post and it seems to me like a lot of people think eating a few healthy meals is really gonna make them loose weight. I mean yes it helps but relying on that soely wont get you any where far. You must also increase physical activity evne if it means walking more. People also have the idea that it depends on how much fat u eat i mean they're partially correct but its also eating a caloric diet based on ur ideal bmi, right now im gettong overweight cause i just stopped caring but give me 1 minth andi will be in great shape
