Ht. 5something, Wt. 20 from final goal - exercise question. my goal was to run everyday as much as i can without straining. so like. right now its only 10 minutes. (this usmmer i got up to an hour) but when i get to an hour ill only do it every other day i was wondering how to AVOID SHIN SPLINTS. soo many people get them and i think im getting them from over running (im not running alot but compared to normal. 5 minutes is alot)sooo dou have to run alot. like 30minutes to an hour to get em. or can someone who doesnt run get em for doin 10 a day?
