Ht. 5'9, Wt. S.200.C.191.G.150 - Hey people... miss my posts? lol anyhow, I am lookin for a buddy system.. maybe we can make a big ol group and email what we eat/ do each day and meet weekly? erm... well let me know.. I actually have a plan of action too ^_^ see, I cut cals from 205 pounds till I reach 190, I'm 1 pound off lol. Then I am going to replace crappy sugary drinks with water from 190-185 then I should incorperate no soda or high sugary foods/drinks from 185-182, then I am gonna start walkin for 30 mins until I reach 174 then I'mma jog till I get to 166 then I'll jog, walk eat good drink water and attempt situps while not gettin a head ache till I am 160.. then I shall spot... so far its been workin.. cal cuttin from 205 ta 191 in less than 2 months has been great so I really think drinkin water will help me lose 5 more. Let me know on the group thing tho.
