Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok well so far i havent had nearly enough calories but i havent added dinner in, and i know exactly how many calories that will be so yeah.. ok breakfast - kashi go lean bar (170 calories) lunch- tuna on half a whole wheat pita (110 calories) and an apple (75 calories.. i looked it up) and thats all so far.. whoops.. but anyway where having subway for dinner, so im gonna have a 12 inch (since its dinner time) on italian bread, turkey breast, light on the mayo and lettuce.. (which i looked up to be 570 calories) also i burned 400 calories on the treadmill today.. howd i do?
