Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, Please tell me how I did today. Breakfast - Bowl of raisin bran, and a banana. Lunch - A chicken salad with a roll and a propel. Dinner - A salad, chicken noodle soup, and a dinner roll. Snack - 2 animal cracker fat free snacks, and a poptart. I'm going on the XL - Glider for 30 min tonight and doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups.
