If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Elizabeth, Age 14 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, I know I posted just about an hour ago I hope I'm not bugging anyone by posting again. Well anyway I said earlier I was gonna go on the XL - Glider for 30 min. well I went on for 45 min and burnt 450 calories:) I didn't feel like going on it and I haven't lately but I push myself to. I want to keep my body in shape. My mom said to skip a night but I told her I can't do that cause if I skip a night I'm not burning extra calories and I'll want to skip more. So my main reason for this post is I'm telling you all that if you feel like giving up for a few nights think of how good it feels once your done working out and how happy you are in the end even if in the beginging you didn't want to.
