Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, Today for breakfast I had: A bowl of raisin bran, and a banana. Lunch: A turkey sandwich, a glass of water and a snack pack of animal crackers. How did I do so far today?? I road my bike down the road to get the mail but I will be working out A LOT more yet today.
