Ht. 5'11, Wt. 205 - Hey guys. I have made somewhat of a plan and I would very much appreciate your input. According to the charts and stuff I am about 25 pounds overweight (yerch...) and I figured out that if I eat 200 less cals a day, then I can lose this in about roughly 7 to 8 months. I'm not increasing exercise, because that's never really been a problem. I swim on a swim team, I'm on the varsity basketball team, and am a successful member of school track team. So I think I'm alright on the exercise front. I always have been. I think what I have is more of food addiction. To cut down on my calories, i've decided to incorporate atleast one fruit or veggie into every meal and to pack my own lunch instead of buying the fatty food at school. Also, I'm going to cut out all pizza, chinnese food, sugary drinks, and fast foods. So, how does this sound?
