Ht. 5"0, Wt. 168 - Hey everyone...today I am doing well. I woke up a 8:30 and I ate a small bowl of cheerios w/o the milk. Then my dad told me to make him breakfast so i did then i was out to work-out! I first stretched out then walked and then jogged and it eventually lead into running! I feel so proud of myself. I am only drinking water and it is filling me up! I am really determined into losing this weight...i am not gonna be lazy and give up like I always do!
