Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, How am I doing so far today?? Breakfast : 2 pieces of 35 cal. toast, 1 scrambled egg. (140 calories) Lunch : 1 cup raisin bran cereal,3/4 cup milk, a banana. (300 calories). I went on the XL-Glider for 30 min so far today and burnt 300 calories. I also took a vitamin pill too. So how am I doing?? It's 1:25pm here, so for dinner I'll probably have a salad or my mom is making cheeseburgers so I might have a small cheeseburger. I'll probably go on the XL-Glider again today. So how did I do so far?
