Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Hey again, I'm really sorry I havent been posting lately, its been hard with the 4 day weekend i had so much 2 get done, plus homework. Alright well captains practices start this week!! monday is the 1st day! I hope i do decent in indoor track..lol...I used 2 run and be in really good shape, i could run like 5 miles, but that sorta ended...im starting up again though have no fear! I usually do good with my weight over the winter cuz i have a tredmill and weights in my basement. My major promblem is parties and the holidays.. :(....sooo yes. Well this is how i have done so far 2 day Breakfest: Kashi go lean crunch ceral Lunch: A bowl of kale soup, in the soup was: beans, carrots,tomatoes, and kale(duh) i also added some organic chicken 2 it... Thats all i have eaten so far, but thats because i had a late breakfest and lunch and im not hungry right now....for a snack i think im gonna have yougurt...i think we might be having pizza 4 dinner though!! rut ro....im gonna run 2 day though... mhmhm mabye i can avoid the pizza and order a salad... okay well i gotta boogie, ill write later.. -heather
