Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 188-185 now.162 - Okay so after some bad last few weeks.. run ins with choclate, dennys, ice cream.. you get the idea i got back on track and way strict today so i can get rid of the next 20 pounds. Today for bf i had scrambled eggs and spinach on a flour tortilla. then for lunch i had subway and a pack of 100 cal weat thins. then i had a handful of peanut butter chocolate chex mix at work then i had this veggie pasta thing for dinner and half a piece of nann bread. i did 40 minutes of cardio at the gym then came home and did 400 sit ups and side bends and pilate moves and what not.. so so far im off to a really good start :) good luck everyone <3
