Message Replying To From Elizabeth, Age 14 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone! Today for breakfast I had : 1 cup raisin bran,3/4 cup milk and a banana. Lunch : Small salad, w/ lil oranges, and a small roll. Snack after school : 1 cup raisin bran, 3/4 cup milk and a banana. Dinner : A salad. How did I do?? I'm gonna work out tonight for 30 min, do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. |
