Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 210 - Hey guys, well so far i had a salad for lunch and an orange. Probably about 100 calories for the salad and 35 for the orange so (135 calories) With water of course. Then i walked home (about a 50 minute walk) and when i got home i ate a veggie burger 120 for the pattie and 140 for the bread so about (260 calories) I drank some more water. I am probably going to have another veggie burger for dinner or a sandwhich and an orange or apple for dinner. I had a little diet dr pepper also. And im working out right now. About an hour and a half workout. Not sure how much calories ill burn. Please dont tell me im not getting enough calories in cause i feel better then i EVER have. And i wanted to know..does dr pepper have any effect on you? I know it says 0 calories and 0 carbs but thats like drinking water with sodium right..? If i drink it can it effect everything im doing??
