Ht. 5"0, Wt. 160 - OMG, i am so mad at myself! I thought that now it is a weekday and we have school, I would eat less...but Im eatin more! Like today for breakfast I had a cup of wheaties (thats good, no sugar at all) for lunch i had deer jerky with a slush{sorry} and then when i got home I had 4 small oatmeal raisin cookies with beef stew! Then for dinner I had ribs and cauliflower! OMG i am so maddd...........tell me what i should do for lunch and dinner!!!!
