Ht. 5'0, Wt. 159 - Guess what galz, I lost 1 pound! I am so freaking happy, its not even a joke. For breakfast, I had a cup of wheaties and for lunch I had a slice of pizza and a whole bottle of water. I carried the water bottle around all day! What should I eat for dinner, maybe desert...reply plz
