Message Replying To From michelle, Age 16 Ht. 5'1", Wt. 168 - today isnt one of my better days. for breakfast i had a yogurt before school. then my mom took me out to brunch around noon because i got out of school early and i had 2 eggs and potatoes which is badddd but when i came home i rode my bike for 20 minutes i wanted to do more but it started raining. i plan on doing 300 crunches later and take the day off from weight lifting. for snack im going to have an orange. i dont know what to do for dinner tonight because my parents want to get take-out food =[ . any suggestions? |
