Message Replying To From ~Lil ~, Age 14 Ht. 5"4, Wt. 135 - How did I do breakfast rice crispy bar small one lunch a lil bit of turkey and mashed potatoes and ice cream snack rice crispy bar and I dont no what I should have for supper any advice??? ocasionally everynight before I go to bed which is around 10:30 pm I do like 3 sets of 50 crunches and 3 sets of 45 crunches on my side stomach is that a good plan or should I do more excerise |
