Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 210 - Hey guys today for lunch i had a salad and some trail mix (300 calories?) I walked home about 40 minutes and i drank a 20 0z bottle of water. I also ate an apple as a snack. Later for dinner im going to have a veggie burger (300 calories). And eat a yogurt (140) I have also been working out for about an hour and a half each day for the past four days. let me know how i did please, i need some motivation.
