Ht. 5'1", Wt. st. 170 nw. 166 - hey everyone! so today: breakfast i had 1 cup vanilla almond cereal with 1/2 cup of milk, lunch i had 1/2 a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and grapes, and for snack i had a snack size cottage cheese(low fat). for dinner im probably going to the diner with some friends. any suggestions of something i could get at a diner that would be THAT bad for me? oh yeah and i didnt get to do my cardio today =[ but i got to do my crunches and some small free weights.
